Giving
From the outset, this church has consisted of people who have been willing to give up their time, energy and money. We believe that giving away a proportion of our income to finance the work and ministry of the church is an important part of Christian commitment and something that the Bible clearly teaches.

As followers of Jesus we have been called to live our lives selflessly, generously and creatively seeking to respond to the needs of those around us. Every generous act is an opportunity to express the goodness God has demonstrated towards us and being generous with our time, energy and money gives us the opportunity to convey God’s character to the world in which we live.
The Bible clearly teaches that giving, specifically when it comes to our money, is also a demonstration of our commitment to God and our trust in Him. As we give our first and our best to God through the church to which we belong, this provides the church with the resources it needs to do things well and allows us to demonstrate God’s generosity together in everything we do.
